Zero Motorcycles Introduces Performance Suspension Upgrades For The X Line From SirrisZero Motorcycles, the global leader in electric two-wheel transportation and powertrains, today announced it will offer purpose-built suspension upgrades for its X Line, developed in partnership with Sirris.

The Sirris F43 CMX fork for the XB and the complete F43/R46 front-and-rear suspension system for the XE are engineered as direct bolt-on replacements for the stock suspensions.

The partnership builds on Zero’s X Line platform with Sirris’s pedigree in high-performance e-moto suspension engineering. Founded by a team with decades of experience in suspension design, manufacturing, and race-level tuning, Sirris develops model-specific solutions tuned for the distinct weight distribution, torque delivery, and riding characteristics of electric off-road motorcycles. Every setup is informed by real-world rider feedback and athlete testing at the highest levels of the sport.

“E-Moto is, in our opinion, the most exciting new space in the powersports world. Our collaboration with Zero on their XB and XE perfectly demonstrates the movement of riders demanding more and more capability from their e-motos,” said Graham Sills, Co-Founder of Sirris. “We’re proud to offer solutions that are custom to the bike, but plug-and-play for the rider.”

Zero Motorcycles led ride tuning, vehicle integration, and validation across varied terrain conditions, while Sirris contributed hardware engineering and manufacturing. The result is a suspension platform tuned from the ground up for the XB and XE.

“Starting from the initial launch of our new X Line motorcycles, we’ve been working with Sirris to customise performance suspension profiles for the most demanding riding conditions,” said Garrett Johnson, Zero Motorcycles VP of Sales & CX for North America. “Now, we’re excited to offer these optimised solutions as turnkey upgrades to all our customers who want to push their XE or XB harder, whether they’re looking for more control on the trail or lining up to race.”

F43 CMX FORK — ZERO XB

The Sirris F43 CMX fork for the XB features a symmetrical closed cartridge design with dual independent sealed dampers, optimised for the XB’s geometry, weight distribution, and mixed terrain use case. Factory setup is tuned at a 3.6/3.2 N/mm spring rate and the system is fully adjustable. Available spring rates span 3.2 to 5.8 N/mm, with support for mixed rates between fork legs for riders who want to dial in an exact feel.

The F43 installs using the stock Zero XB stem with an included spacer, and ships with a caliper bracket, wheel spacers, and brake line routing solution designed around stock XB wheels and chassis geometry.

F43/R46 SUSPENSION SYSTEM — ZERO XE

The XE package pairs the F43 fork, factory-set at a 4.4/4.0 N/mm spring rate, with the R46 rear shock at 105 N/mm, tuned together for balanced chassis geometry and consistent trail performance. An aggressive race tune is also available, with fork spring rates up to 4.8/4.4 N/mm, increased oil volume, and a 115 N/mm shock spring rate for riders pushing into more demanding terrain.

Like the XB fork, the XE system supports full compression, rebound, preload, and spring rate adjustment across a wide range. The rear shock is compatible with spring rates of 75 to 115 N/mm to accommodate different rider weights, riding styles, and bike configurations including battery upgrades.

“Sirris Suspension is highly tunable, unlocking the performance you need for your rider weight and terrain is often spring rate or clicker change away,” said Sills. “We strived to make the tunes for the XB and XE as broad as possible while trail focused. But of course, every rider and application is different, and we are here to help you dial it in. We have lots of resources online and if you don’t find your answer there, reach out to us at info@ridesirris.com.”
