New free tool simplifies the UK motorcycle licence maze (CBT to full licence)

New free online resource simplifies UK motorcycle licensing for learner and returning riders
A new independent website, GetYourBikeLicence.co.uk, has launched to help riders navigate the UK’s often-confusing motorcycle licensing system.
With multiple licence categories (AM/A1/A2/A), age thresholds, and a test process that includes CBT, theory, Module 1 and Module 2, many prospective motorcyclists struggle to interpret the correct route – even when following official guidance from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency.
GetYourBikeLicence.co.uk removes that friction with a simple age-based approach: users enter their age and the site displays the correct step-by-step route from CBT through to the appropriate full licence category, in plain English.
Key features include:
• Age-based pathways showing the correct route available
• Clear, jargon-free explanations of CBT, theory, Module 1 and Module 2
• A simple view that makes progression easy to understand
“The goal was to eliminate the confusion,” said the site’s founder, James. “It’s meant to be the link you can send someone that quickly answers: what do I actually need to do next to get my bike licence?”
The platform is free and simple to use, with no registration needed.
